Robert Kennedy is best-known for serving as U.S. Attorney General under
his brother, President John F. Kennedy, and then as a U.S. Senator from
New York. He was assassinated in 1968 during his own run for the Presidency.
This collection of essays, published while Kennedy was in the Senate,
presents his views on the prominent issues of the day – Vietnam,
nuclear arms control, race relations, and urban problems, among others.
This copy is inscribed on the half-title: “For Don With the
best wishes of his old travelling companion Bob Kennedy.”
The book is in very good condition, in original blue cloth that shows
only minor wear. It lacks the dust jacket. $1750.00
